After my many travels to find just what a minority flagger I am, I am compelled to announce April as “Dowel Awareness Month”. Not to knock all those fabulous weighted flags out there, but this next month sticks rule!

Arriving at the Perfect Day main party Saturday night, I walked over to a riser to see another flagger already going at it.
The dowel flags told me it was Patric, but the OUTFIT…now there was a surprise!

We were with the "Q Texas" float in the parade. It was a lot of fun!
Patric used a set of flags he made at the workshop, and they looked perfect with the pants and body paint.
