  5. Thou shalt not kill new flags without showing them to an objective critic first.
  6. Thou shalt not consort with thy neighbor’s flags without permission.
  7. Thou shalt not steal flag-making ideas without giving credit.
  8. Thou shalt not bear false witness to what you think of thy neighbor’s flags.
  9. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s flags.
  10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s flagging.
